Public perception of climate change after flooding

A team from Cardiff University have produced an assessment of public opinion on climate change, including a study of people who had been recently flooded. Britons are increasingly likely to believe that the climate is changing, and that the change is driven by human activity. As one might expect, the study showed that people who had experienced flooding were more likely to view climate change as a major, near-term threat.
