The symposium and inaugural address by prof.dr. Chris Zevenbergen launches officially the interdisciplinary and multi-annual project ‘Redesigning Deltas: Towards inclusive and sustainable urbanising deltas by design’. The project focuses on the role of design and design research in developing a vision and long-term strategy for a sustainable and (water) safe delta. 

The partners of Redesigning Deltas are TU Delft, EUR, Deltares, WUR, Resilient Delta and PBL.
